Our mission team trips are typically booked months in advance and will quickly fill up. Below is the policy for reserving a block for your Mission Team or to schedule individuals slots:
Total cost per individual is $450 and includes lodging, ground transportation & meals while at the Mission House. You are responsible for your airfare arrangements. Capacity for each week is a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 persons. If reserving a block for a mission team of 13-15 persons, the trip leader is free of charge.
TEAM RESERVATION: A $200 deposit per team is due at the time of reservation. This amount is used to cover administration costs and is non-refundable.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION: A $200 deposit is due 4 months prior to your trip start date. The remaining $250 is due 1 month prior to the trip start date.
Any cancellation 2+ months prior to your trip start date is eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available less than 2 months prior to your trip start date.
